Вообщем после изминения в реестре и с новым лаунчером в игре появился звук чему я не сказанно рад 
Правда признаюсь честно о вселенной я узнал из вашего проэкта и осваивать мне её трудно ввиду плохого знания Английского 
P.S.: Буду по немногу играть и ждать что кто-нибуть возьмется за перевод текста игры на Русский. Ещё раз удачи с дольнеёшим розвитиям проэкта и выпуску новых модов.

Что ж ты молчал-то раньше?
Так и не получилось даже с новым лаунчером добыть звук. Пока что использую способ с реестром, который описал РезонансЭР

Edit... yeap it works just fine normal no wcsaga_sse2.exe trick. just pluged a optical in amplifier I had and works fine...
Would be nice if it worked and the other way...

As mentioned above, please try the launcher from the mantis ticket. It should fix your woes.
