Only shows how little you know about the Witcher. THe Witcher was all about referencing old stories and farytales, and I thought puttng in a reference to a more modern farytale was just perfect because it simply fits that tendency of the Witcher books.

I won't bother questioning how South Park is related to Wing Commander since you don't seem terribly interested in a discussion. I will say the effectiveness of Witcher 2's LoR reference is debatable. Personally I thought Geralt and Iroveth, two of the most serious people in the game, had a jarring out of character moment and really forced that joke. I don't object to a LoR reference, I object to the way it was implemented. These characters should not be acting like they're on an episode of Mystery Science Theater.

Fary tale references in the Witcher are not jokes, those fairytales are actually grounded in reality in the Witcher, and people have distorted them into fairytales. Witchers make jokes about them because they usually know the true story behind them.

I thought it was fantastic, however I am also stuck in that mission due to the cloaking capship missiles. So I am pretty annoyed by the whole thing. Any ideas on how to wipe them out?

Close and you're definately not wrong, but I was going more for the Generation Kill tribute on this one.
