I doubt you're the first one to be be confused as to where the heck you are supposed to download the game.

To answer your question, here is what you need to install & play the game: the game itself is located in the "releases" section, while the patch is in the "patches" section. I don't remember the exact installing procedure, but it shouldn't be more complicated than unzipping the files & running the .exe that comes out of it in both cases.

Meanwhile, as a bonus, the mission editor is located in "tools", and is quite easy to use to create your own battles & skirmishes (or even full fledged missions).

Drat, damn spambots wasting my time. This one's sneaky, there's no obvious link or spam message on his post or sig. It did puzzle me that he posted in this particular topic, but I've seen humans do weird things like that as well.
