Controller setup

Hello. I'm using a Logitech Wireless Rumblepad, but i can't for the life of me figure out how to get this game to acknowledge it's existence. It shows up in the config screen as the selected joystick, but when I actually attempt to configure keys with it I get no response whatsoever. I know it works, because I use it constantly in nearly every game I play. Any help would be appreciated.

edit: It seems to be treating my mouse as a joystick >_>. That's even more frustrating, *sigh*

Ok, got it. After searching some other topics for the last couple of hours, I found the registry editing method that did work for me. That said, as others reported, the config screen says I have no joystick selected, but meh.

please can you link me to the "registry edit method" you mentioned as i am having the same problem getting my controller to work aswell. thx much in advnace
