Excalibur has no guns was created by Moisha
Mission in Hyperion system, where I man new fighter Excalibur first time and fly with 912 Galahads.
Weapon loadout shows that my fighter and my teammates fighters has no guns.
Available guns list is empty too.
When mission starts all squad fires pretty well. Except me, I have missiles only.
What can it be? How to repair?

I'm not sure but as a last resort i would backup my save files and re-download(using the torrent this time) and then re-install the game

Actually, this sound awefully like pilot corruption to me, and if it is, reinstalling the game won't change anything.
However, I don't see how WCS could have corrupted the pilot file, as this usually happens when you switch mods mid-campaign, so I'd wait for the devs to step in before doing anything.

In the meantime, you could run the debug build, launch the game, launch the mission, quit the game, go in WCS/data/, grab the *.log file and post it here, it may shed some light on what happened.

Launched debug build.
Clicked on Weapon Loadout and got this exception:

Assert: G3_count == 0
File: 3dsetup.cpp

do the other fighters guns work? (try replaying a mission in a hellcat or something)

you could also try makeing a new pilot(you can have more than 1) and see if it gets the same bug

They give you Excalibur in the end of the game.
It will need pretty much time to make such progress with a new pilot.
