Complete list of WCS controls ?

Hello,

maybe it is a stupid question, but is it possible to find the list of ALL controls and their default assignments somewhere ? .TXT, .PDF, .XLS it does not matter, I just would like to have all of them. I supposed that the list will be included in the manual (excellent manual btw.), but it seems that it is not.

I know that they can be found in the game, under Options/Settings, but I would like to print some kind of quick reference card and think a bit how to assign the controls to my Saitek X52Pro buttons/sliders/rotary encoders/caps etc. And it is a bit problematic in the Settings, where the list is split between several screens.

A caveat though: the guide does not include controls which I deem unnecessary (which are more than 50% of the controls list) but it does contain the "core" controls---all that you need to dogfight, destroy enemy assets, and protect escorts effectively.
