Why did Flint not come back in a sequel?

She was super hott and Mark Hamill was uber lucky.

Also, why is Mark Hamill alone on some far off backwater planet when Maniac finds him in WC4? He should of married Flint. It is sad to see Blair alone.

Also, I told my friend to ask her Professor about the WC books(she has William Forstchen as a history professor) but she probably won't and he hasn't responded to me yet. I want to know why he has Blair marry Rachel(even though it doesn't last) and kills Flint over Kilrah. Nobody wants to see that happen!

There was an early script of WC4 which has Flint as a possible ex-wife of Blair. You were supposed to be able to select at gamestart who you picked. However this was cut and the official line had rachel and Flint supposedly died.

Once you hear something from Forstchen. Let me know. I have a lot of 7-8 year old questions that I need to ask as well. Oh and while you are at it, try and locate Drew Karpyshyn. I want to find out if Shepard was being indoctrinated by the Reapers.

No, that is Bill Forstchen's line....and I am going to argue with him about that when I can.

Well he never actually SAID she died. He has her fighter explode. But maniac's also exploded. And the end of the novel only says that Blair THINKS he saw an ejection pod for Maniac. And Vagabond's fate in WC3 novel is also very open ended. So technically all three COULD be written as survivors without any major retconing. especially since Flint is never even mentioned afterwards. Neither as dead nor as alive.

And as I said, the original WC4 script had the possibility or Flint surviving written in. Even if the later games had Blair marry Rachel, they never mentioned what happened to Flint.
