FRED Support

Congrats to you guys and thanks for all your hard work. Really enjoying being back in the cockpit of the Hellcat V after so many years!

Just curious about WC and FRED support. Will we be able to create missions with FRED anytime soon, or are we able to do so now (and somehow I've missed it)? I've literally only reacquainted myself with the WC Saga a week ago, largely because... I kinda forgot about it. Sorry guy. I've had a quick look around but I haven't seen any statements regarding FRED and WC: DD, so if this has been spoken about previously, my apologies.

We are currently working on a small patch, which will fix a few issues people had, plus a bug in one of the prolog missions as well as offering an alternative mouse control scheme.

After that we'll try to push the MacOS and Linux Versions out ASAP.

When that is done and after a well deserved break we plan to release some kind of SDK. That will include our FRED version, which is adjusted to work well with out engine version, our mission template (to include the autopilot sequences), possibly some texture templates and other stuff as well as a few tutorials for content creators.

So for now enjoy the game, but keep your eyes open for more goodies

Thanks for your interest, we will definately release it. FOr now we'll focus on the patch, any further technical issues, Mac/linux versions and also some well deserved down time. After that, expect to hear from us again on this and keep an eye on our website for announcements.
