In Game Helps and More

If you forget a keystroke command in the middle of a mission, there is help available:

F1 will take you to a menu you can scroll through to find keystroke commands for given actions

F2 will take you to a screen where you can adjust sound, game controls and your HUD

Between mission, stop into the Tech Room where you can get information on various ships you have encountered, intelligence on Kilrathi Aces, intelligence on various star systems and much more.

I know as gamers we tend to think we don't need the game manual, but this one is well worth the reading when you aren't busy flying. There is alot of great information concerning many different aspects of the game, including such things as Kilrathi Culture, Confed and Kilrathi ships, strategies, hints and alot of great general information.

Good info to know, surely. In addition all keys can be customized. I've found a wired XBox360 Controller works (except I can't get the triggers to work), and the info page says Thrustmaster Flight Sticks work as well. I tried a wired Logitech RumblePad 2, and while the game detects it, it won't seem to function with it.

Still as Thor points out, there's plenty of Great Information available in-game for pilots to look over when they're not busy fighting off the Kilrathi.
