I want to program my joystick/throttle combo (Saitek X52) for this game, but the ONLY place I have found a list of controls is actually in the game - OPTIONS menu. Is there a complete listing of valid controls anywhere?

I see that the "THRUST" commands listed in the OPTIONS menu are apparently NOT used in game... any other issues like this?
