Mission Completed List

It may be helpful to list under both Prologue and the Campaign each mission completed and the results and the ability to launch into old missions. When CO_OP comes out, we can revisit each mission and also we can in single mode improve on the mission already completed if needed.

Completed missions are listed in the Tech Room -> Mission Simulator -> Campaign Missions - you can fly them again from there (as in Freespace).
