The Caernaven-class frigate is an ubiquitous escort vessel widely seem among both the front and rear lines. The Swiss army knife of the Terran fleet, it is configurable and adaptable for any mission at hand. Not only is it fast and nimble, its laser batteries, missile launchers, and rocket pods serve as effective deterrence against Kilrathi fighters and light raiders. From assuming a traditional convoy escort role to system patrol duty, this venerable warship still performs whatever role it is assigned with the quiet dignity of a seasoned soldier.

Yes its look nice. Only the Design.. but! in group its dangerous. no amg but torpedo & missle launcher makes it a threat for the kilrahti destroyers and corvettes
You might also notice a difference in ambient/direct lighting compared to, say, Southampton screenshots. Keldor put a few hours into optimizing the overall feel and look of the game. :)
And those aren\'t even the final settings yet. The next ship will again look slightly different (and hopefully better)
WOW! that is one Sexy ship! :grin I can\'t belive the effort you are putting into this mod. When it comes out it will be the mother of all mods. Period! 8) Definietly a serious candidate for Moddb award of the year :-P
Excellent Excellent :D....May I offer one tiny piece of criticism? The antenna along the ventral side of the ship look ridiculously superfluous.If this was modelled after the jamming ship in WC4 then that is understandable
No it was modelled after the WC4 design and after the design of wc3 (the ship never showed up in wc3, but the model data was in the files). The original ship had those antenna :)wcnews.com sometime posted a screeny of that model:

All those dishes make it look like it was ment for has a radar pickit ship. Simmlier to what the US used to try and counter the Japanese kamakaze attacks.
It looks really detailed und terran.
You do a really great Job with this game. :)
