It's an exciting time for our fans in Germany and Austria as Mind Crusher Studios have completed voiceover work for the German version of Wing Commander Saga. We think it came out fantasticly! We were extremely lucky to work with such an incredible and talented group. These guys and gals just nailed it. I could continue gushing, but instead I have simply uploaded a completely translated intro video as a showcase. Get it here and don't forget to leave feedback via the commentary function.

Nice, but Yes No The translation is ok, but as a german, I don\'t really care about a german version, I juz want to play the game. I hope its coming out soon.

Why don\'t you release every 6 months a new part of the game with new missions, episods?

I can\'t wait another year juz to play ALL missions at once. Make a series of it.

Yes No The German version is produced "out of house" by the Mind Crusher Studios. This means that the Saga team is barely involved in the process and we can concentrate our efforts on getting the actual game done.

The German version will be released alongside with the long overdue Prologue patch, which will implement most of the technical and visual improvements as well as multiplayer support.

Concerning the main campaign: Whenever or not the game will come in one piece has not been entirely decided yet. I see pros and cons to both, and we would have to weigh those in whatever we end up going with.

Episodic gaming, because of its faster turn around, offers the ability to react to consumer feedback (this has been talked about endlessly already) but it also offers flexibility to try new and really innovative ideas. I can't see this as anything but great for gamers, and it ties directly to the "customized for me" ideal. Basically, it's giving all gamers more choice. Gamers can pick and choose titles, options, and gameplay that really appeals to them.

Then again, I like the idea of "one download, one game," and I'd like to see that happen. The main campaign should be released as one large release, not in episodes. My reasoning is that I really hate something thats incomplete. One game, one download. The fashion in which, for example, the Reckoning project released a new build every week just grated against my nerves. ;)

I do not want to go into details at the moment, but at the rate we are working a non-episodic release becomes more and more likely with every day.

Yes No My english isn\'t that good, so i will write german.

Also das klang mal richitg nett.
