Gameplay Complete

The Wing Commander Saga main campaign will consist of 7 episodes and will have a grand total of 50 missions. We are happy to announce that as of a few days ago, all of the missions for the first 6 episodes are now "gameplay complete".
What that means is each of those missions is now completely playable. However, there is a difference between "gameplay complete" and "done". "Gameplay complete" means all the enemies, objectives, secondary goals, and so forth are in place and functional, so that you could play through the mission and the whole thing would work. To get to "done", there is some additional art that needs to be added, as well as the ever present process of polishing and refining balance.
However, we are very excited to reach the "gameplay complete" milestone on the vast majority of the missions. The game is almost completely playable, and now it is time to add the real detail work.

Just wanted to say awesome work fellas. Wing commander 3 was the first game i ever played on pc and i have to say i haven\'t played a game that drew me in like that since. Playing Prologue made me realise how much ive missed a good space flight sim :grin

Its time that we get at least one decent PC Game,..... there is so much liveless/pointless/idealess crap out there nowadays that its time for a return of the Wing Commander..... ahh fellas WC2 (+ Speechpack :) ) was the first game i have seen on the PC.....since Wing Commander 3 the whole gaming industry went bollox.....when i first discovered WC Saga that brought up some fine memorys from back in the days..... i played the Prolouge the second it was out and i have to say thats some game you managed to put together there... the atmosphere is nothing short to excelent..... keep it up ! When you are finished just hand me over your paypal or something like this and i sort you out.
I mean instead of handing my money to some greedy gaming Corps who just produce mindless crap and put some DRM on it to make it even worse, ..... i will be happy to hand my money to you guys,.... at least your product delivers entertainment that someone who is beyond his 12 Birthday can enjoy.....

i was wondering if you guys were planning on the final release being just the .vp files for the campaign or if it was going to be a totally separate release (i dont care when it comes out but please dont keep us mac users waiting too long this will definately be the greatest game released for mac since wcp)
It will be a complete release. The program exe itself is completely new and improved with lots of new features so Saga wouldn\'t run on the Prologue exe anyway.
