On the first mission and it seems like it takes me forever to fly anywhere. Like 20 minutes flying at top speed to get to the next navpoint. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong (I may have managed to somehow skip the tutorial without realizing it).

To cut down on flying time, use autopilot, that's take about 60 seconds. ALT A

Its worth playing "Prologue" first as that will teach you what you need to know. You can select it from the campaign room.

I absolutely agree. You can get through Saga without playing prologue, but (1) you'll hve a harder time learning the controls of the game; (2) not understand references made to events that occurred in Prologue and their possible impact on Saga; (3) It just isn't worth the frustration and (4) Do you really want to miss playing any part of this outstanding game?

lol I didn't see the Prologue when I started to play, and then, in the first mission it was like:
"WTF, what am I supposed to do now??? Help!"
Then I read all the commands in the Options, memorised the most important ones, while wondering: "Is there no tutorial!?". I played until the mission in which you meet Viking and when the guys chatted about the beer one of them still owed him, I realised I missed some part of the story somewhere, and THEN I noticed the Prologue in the campaigns room...

The answer of the riddle: a spammer posted a question where to download the game or something like that, can't remember the text exactly. But this was only a camouflage for his try to post here a commercial advertisement in his sig. Keldor doesn't noticed that and wrote his answer. In the meantime Tolwyn or a mod found this spam post and deleted the account and the posting. Btw, i wanted to report this post also here , but i forgot. I think Tolwyn was faster. ^^

Ah and have a look at the date of the last post before Keldors. This thread is full of dust. ;)
