Bump. I posted this once already at the end of a 7- page sound problem thread. No reply received. Perhaps someone can help me out? I quote:

"Read about WCS in PC Gamer. Looked at Saga FAQs before d/l, which went OK, as did unzipping. Installed WCsaga. Manually checked OpenAL. No error msgs. On start, no sound (no option to change anything, as suggested in forum). Went to forums. Got the Mar 24 sound "fix". Overwrote the .exe file. No change on sound. Hit "run", got this error (in quotes).

"System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'OpenTK, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=bad199fe84eb3df4' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

at WingCommanderSaga.Controllers.GraphicsController.LoadData()
at WingCommanderSaga.Launcher.LoadData()
at WingCommanderSaga.Launcher..ctor()
at WingCommanderSaga.Program.Main()

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].'

My basic specs, WIN XP SP3, quad 2.66gig CPU. GForce 9600, current drivers. Hardware sound. Been running modern games just fine. Don't want to fiddle with the registry if I can avoid it. Please advise.

Could someone please offer a helpful suggestion?
