Excalibur has no guns

I have also just encountered this problem, I go to play the first Hyperion mission and my Excalibur has no guns. Is there any solution figured out to fix this? Thanks.

If this is still an issue, I could provide a save game prior to this mission. Thus far we had approx. 5 (give or take) cases in which excalibur had no primary weapons.

There you go. I believe campaign progress is saved in the .cs2 files, so renaming one of those to match your profile might do the trick. Make sure you backup your current profile first though.

To all pilots who have the EPW (Excalibur Primary Weapon) Bug:

At WingCenter KalEl - another pilot with the EPW Bug - started a thread. He send me his WCS Profile and i had begun to analyze the binary files. Maybe today i found a solution. I was able to repair his profile, but now some more tests are needed to verify my method.

Please send me your WCS Profile via PM or E-Mail. The more profiles i get the better the chance to write a simple-to-use repair tool (EXE) for your WCS profile. IMPORTANT: Please check the stats and medals in your corrupted WCS profile. Is it up-to-date or not? I need this info also!

Update:

Now i have begun to write a Repair Tool and KalEl have successfully repaired his WCS profile with this tool. I think the chance is good to help other pilots with the EPW repair tool. But i need other WCS profiles with this bug for do some more tests.

My tool is specialized to repair the WCS EPW bug. This is not a Repair-All-FS-Profiles-Tool, so i don't think the source can help you. But if i got enough WCS profiles with the EPW bug to see if all profiles have the same problem, then i can publish all information how exactly my tool works and what exactly is needed to repair the EPW bug. I need as minimum one or two more WCS profiles to verify my solution.
