AMD Crossfire not working
by Wasp » Thu Mar 22, 2012 9:42 pm
I've just installed this masterpiece (Thanks BTW) and looks like the game crashes when i enable Crossfire. The main menu is working but as soon i select campaign or tech room, the game crashes with the following description.
With disabled Crossfire the game runs well so far. I'm still at the beginning. If anything else comes up regarding this issue, i'll update this thread
Update: I've finished the first 2 missions without problem with disabled Crossfire.
My specs
MB: ASUS P6T Deluxe V2
CPU: Intel i7 920 @ 2.66 Ghz

Crossfire might cause issues yes. Better leave it off.

We are not sure here why Crossfire is not working, but ATI stuff has proven to be incredibly unstable when it comes to OpenGL.
Good news is that you certainly won't need Crossfire to run our game. The requirements of the GPU are not that high. In fact the game is probably more CPU than GPU bound. (except for graphics memory)
