The Venture corvette has been a staple of the Confederation arsenal for years.  Assigned to fleet escort, picket, raider and limited scouting duties, the venerable corvette has been one of the most utilitarian designs to serve in the Kilrathi War. The most common variant still in service is an electronic warfare variant which has the ability to knock out or deceive enemy sensors, scramble communications channels, or pinpoint the stealthiest of Kilrathi capital ships. Invaluable in large theater operations, the EW Venture can be pressed into service in light recon roles when specialized scouts are not available.
